1) Sample policy:

A. Free sample for existing products are available upon freight paid by customers.

B. Sample charge for making private artwork before order is US$ 200 per design. If catch the quantity of 100000 tins, the sample charge will be refund.

C.Customers can instruct express company to pick up samples from us or remit freight to our account and let us arrange delivery for them through express company.

2) QC policy:

QC in house: We have a QC team of 5 professional food and drug engineers. In the process of production, we can advice EVERY STEP PHOTO.

Third party QC: Customer can ask the third party to QC our products.

3) Shipment:

Customers can designate their own forwarders to arrange shipment or ask us to arrange shipment for them.

4) Payment:

T/T 50% deposit, the balance before delivery from our factory
